Hello!! So let me talk a bit about myself! I’m Pedro Oliveira from Portugal and I’m 24 years old (although I don’t look like it XD). I started my passion about animation by the age of 7 or 8 when I saw an old VHS bonus movie about animators from Walt Disney drawing this AMAZING characters, it was Snow White and the seven dwarfs. I always loved cartoons, while as kid I used to stop the VCR trying to draw the characters. But I never imagined that drawing some characters and animate them could be a job for anyone! When Toy Story came along, I was like 10 years old, and I was amazed by the images, the animation, the story, the colors, the toys, everything! And those weren’t drawings! I couldnt’ believe it. Some years passed by and since in Portugal we don’t have much studios or anything like that I followed the computers path. At college I was studying Computer Science and, one day I was searching something and I found a video of a spanish guy talking about some online animation school. That got me interested and reminded me those times when I was kid and the feeling came up again. I dropped college and signed in for Animation Mentor. And I’m loving it!!
